Notes

1. Monthly home outings for boarders will be allowed on the last Fri of the month or first Fri in the following month. However, they must return to the school on the last day of the outing before 05 p.m. without fail.
   
   
2. If a boarder is required to remain at school due to school activity, he/she will not be allowed to go home.
   
   
3. Any person authorized to pick up a boarder on behalf of the parent must bring an authorization letter with his/her signature attested by the parent. If this is not adhered to, permission will be refused.
   
   
4. Telephone calls will be allowed twice in the first month after admission and once monthly after that. Calls can be made as follows on Sundays and holidays only:
   
   

   Morning 07 – 09 a.m. Evening 05 – 07 p.m.

   Calls or personal during school hours will not be allowed under any circumstance except during emergencies.

5. Extra cash is not to be given to boarders by parents/guardians/visitors. Such payment, if at all desirable, must be made to the School Secretary.
   
   
6. Messages/letters/notes cannot be sent by boarders through day scholars or vice versa.
